  2. Anda butuh 250 gram daging sapi cincang.
  3. Siapkan 1 1/2 sdt garam.
  4. Ambil 1 1/2 sdt bubuk merica.
  5. Anda butuh 1 sdt gula pasir.
  6. Persiapkan 1/2 sdt bubuk pala.
  7. Tambahkan 1/4 cangkir bawang merah goreng.
  8. Ambil 1/4 cangkir daun bawang cincang.
  9. Tambahkan 2 butir telur kocok lepas.
  10. Ambil Minyak untuk menggoreng.

Cara Memasak Potatoes Fritters (Perkedel Kentang)

  1. Kupas kentang cuci bersih potong sesuai selera lalu goreng sampai matang, sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan lalu tumis daging sapi cincang lalu bumbui dengan 1/2 sdt garam dan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk, angkat dan sisihkan.
  3. Dalam wadah/mangkok besar haluskan kentang yang telah di goreng lalu tambahkan daging sapi tumis, 1 sdt garam, 1 sdt bubuk merica, gula, pala, daun bawang goreng dan daun bawang cincang, aduk rata sisihkan.
  4. Bentuk adonan menjadi bulatan-bulatan sesuai selera bisa kecil atau besar lalu diamkan dalam kulkas selama 1 jam. Setelah 1 jam keluarkan dari kulkas, gulingkan kedalam telur kocok.
  5. Panaskan minyak banyak dalam wajan lalu goreng perkedel kentang sampai berubah warna kecoklatan atau sampai matang, angkat dan siap di nikmati hangat-hangat.
