  2. Roti:campur semua bahan A,aduk rata lalu beri air es sedikit demi sedikit...uleni sampai setengah kalis.baru tambahkan margarin dan garam uleni hingga kalis elastis..
  3. Tutup adonan,istirahatkan 30 menit.jika sdh mengembang 2x lipat,.kempiskan adonan lalu potong2 dan timbang sesuai selera..
  4. Isi bulatan adonan tadi dgn bahan isian,bulatkan lagi...tata dloyang yg sdh diolesi margarin.istirahatkan lagi 30 menit lagi..
  5. Setelah mengembang beri topping..
  6. Kemudian oven selama 20 menit dgn suhu 180°c..kenali oven masing2...
  7. Sajikan.
